First, entering a valid Builder Code lets a project execute 20% of its budget ahead of schedule and share in the UP rewards from the 1.5% builder tax, provided the Code owner's reservoir has sufficient balance. Second, opening a "metro station" by minting designated circuits on TapeOut's official protocol and staking circuits plus BEM (up to 100 BEM per station) earns 50% of the station's share of the 1% fee.
