Each circuit has its own contract, processor, gate count and state bits, and the NAND and LATCH burned at tape-out only reflect material cost, not output. Under current rules only circuits on the Behemoth and TapeOut processors can mine BEM, while circuits carrying a REF or revoked after a challenge are essentially worthless.
