社区成员 boostbob 提醒，随着 TapeOut 明星项目增多，骗子明显变多并损害协议与社区声誉，并归纳三类手法：一是伪造 X 账号宣传并放置钓鱼网站，利用用户怕错过项目的心理诱导钱包授权或购买无价值电路、代币；二是在官网创建同名处理器后到交易市场挂单，可通过唯一的处理器编号识别；三是处理器编号真实，但未走官方项目合约、自行用晶体管流片，其中又分晶体管数量不同（需核对 NAND 与 LATCH 个数）等情况。Community member boostbob warned that as high-profile TapeOut projects appear, scammers have become noticeably more active and are damaging the protocol and community's reputation. He summarized three schemes: fake X accounts promoting phishing sites and using fear of missing out to trick users into wallet approvals or buying worthless circuits and tokens; creating same-name processors on the official site and listing them on the marketplace, which can be identified by the unique processor number; and cases where the processor number is genuine but the chip was taped out with transistors outside the official project contract, including mismatched transistor counts that require checking the NAND and LATCH numbers.
