TapeOut Issues Scam Warning; Community Flags Fake Projects

The official TapeOut account posted a series of security notices saying projects are using the TapeOut ecosystem name to promote token launches, NFT mints and fundraising, and that use of the TapeOut name or branding does not imply official affiliation or endorsement — users should verify the team, official announcements and actual product development via official channels before participating. Community members meanwhile named @bitcointapes and a fake launchpad @TapeFourX as unrelated projects riding the name, saying they borrow interactions from Bruce and others to win trust, and urged ecosystem users not to participate, engage or give them traffic.
