On Oct 25, the Fireside Forum side declared that the forum will never issue its own token: tipping, bounties, games, red packets and the Fireside market all settle in BEM, aiming to raise BEM's circulation and use cases and give the TapeOut ecosystem a landing venue. The forum had earlier opened a TapeOut/BEM Chinese community section for discussion and content. The statement confirms its design of issuing no separate asset and running the in-forum economy directly on the existing BEM.
