社区提出 Bitcoin-Keyed Holders 提案：TapeOut 电路仍留在原有链上（BNB Chain、Base、X Layer），不会迁移到比特币链；提案要做的是让用户用比特币钱包（bc1 地址）直接持有和操作这些跨链电路，无需另建 EVM 钱包。实现方式是在 EVM 链上为每个比特币地址生成专属持有人合约，该合约只认比特币钱包签出的签名，用户签名即可控制电路。The community introduced the Bitcoin-Keyed Holders proposal: TapeOut circuits stay on their original chains (BNB Chain, Base, X Layer) and will not move to Bitcoin. The proposal lets users hold and operate these cross-chain circuits directly with a Bitcoin wallet (bc1 address) without creating a separate EVM wallet. It works by deploying a dedicated holder contract on the EVM chain for each Bitcoin address; the contract only accepts signatures from that Bitcoin wallet, so signing is enough to control the circuit.
