FabXBillion live-stream rule change: weekly creator board weights TapeOut and FabX
Live-streaming platform Billion changed its rules to disallow idle/relay streaming, so only 7 people met the conditions for last week's stream rewards, while in practice the top 10 ranked users can all be rewarded. This week's creator leaderboard is now open and will give extra weight to TapeOut- and FabX-related content. The poster says they made a PPT explaining the creator program, and that streaming without showing one's face is allowed.
