TapeUP 公布双层质押模型：质押 Metro（电路）参与多链数据验证，按协议收入获得 BEM；随后可将赚到的 BEM 再质押进入第二层，分享更多收入流。社区成员读完蓝皮书 V1.3 候选稿后总结，其路线图包括 10 月底全链账本体验版、12 月底 PoB 交易引擎测试，并提到生态内还有 ITO 与后续的 UP 平台币。TapeUP unveiled a two-tier staking model: staking Metro (circuits) to take part in multi-chain data verification and earn BEM from protocol revenue, then re-staking the BEM earned into a second tier for additional revenue streams. A community member who read the V1.3 whitepaper draft summarized its roadmap as an end-October full-chain ledger beta and an end-December PoB trading engine test, and noted an ITO as well as a future UP platform token in the ecosystem.

#TapeUP 作為一個技術白癡 硬著頭皮看完了藍皮書裡面的每一個字，雖然每個字都認識，但是組合到一起就不太明白了。但有一點看懂了，就是基於 #TapeOut 協議上的應用，還有一個是 ITO 。總結下來就是，全力推動 @TapeOutWorld 發展，利好 #BEM 後續還有 #UP 平台幣 作為 #TapeOut 佈道者 雖不明但尊重 高價也要接盤兩個 地鐵站以示支持 最後祝 @tapeupio 越來越好！
