TapeOut Explains TapeCode Mechanics in Thread
On October 14, TapeOut's official account posted a series of tweets explaining TapeCode: any finished circuit — your own or a stranger's — can be embedded into your circuit as a black box; the whitepaper says that for the first time logic written by a stranger can be safely executed on chain, and a single sentence from a user generates both the frontend and the contract, placed into the same Container. The team also cited Intel 4004's 2,300 transistors, the 1993 Pentium's 3.1 million and the Apple M1's 16 billion to show how much scale varies, saying TapeCode works from the opposite end to turn an idea into a usable on-chain app, with NAND and LATCH as the smallest bricks.

There is a line in the whitepaper For the first time On Chain, you can safely execute logic written by a stranger TapeCode brings that line one step closer to everyone You say one sentence, the frontend and the contract are generated together and placed in the same Container The logic lives On Chai

One basic element and one cell of memory can build an entire universe NAND and LATCH are the smallest bricks A Circuit is a wall built from those bricks A Processor is a house TapeCode works from the other end Turning an idea into an On Chain app you can actually use One end builds up from the sm

The first decision when building a Processor is its total transistor count The Intel 4004 had 2,300 The 1993 Pentium had 3.1 million The Apple M1 has 16 billion The scale can differ that much while the structure stays the same TapeCode starts from the other end You say what you want to build, then

An interesting design Any finished circuit, yours or a stranger's, can go into your circuit as a black box
