Built on TapeOut, circuits carry the rules while containers carry the assets, so an agent's identity is verifiable, its permissions bounded and its revenue attributable. The paper says the design combines TapeCode, Skill, the TapeUP on-chain ledger and the TAP20 protocol to support agent creation, cross-chain collaboration, paid services and token issuance.
