FabX 宣布 Deweb 已在主网上线，称其把 TapeOut 移植到 X Layer，并在其上构建两套机制：Deweb 让每个电路 NFT 托管一个静态站点，站点固定到 IPFS 并通过网关访问，合格访问量在链上验证后反馈到挖矿权重；另一套为 BEM Staking 质押机制。FabX announced that Deweb is live on mainnet, saying it ports TapeOut to X Layer and builds two mechanisms on that foundation. Deweb lets each circuit NFT host a static site pinned to IPFS and served via gateway, with qualifying visits verified on-chain and fed back into mining weight; the second is a BEM Staking mechanism.
