TapeUP 披露其建设思路：TAP-01 为社区共同制定规则提供流程，TAP-10 为 DeWEB 应用提供共同标准，下一步要把这些规则变成大家用得上的产品。针对 DeWEB 中身份、页面与信件记录分散在各自链上的情况，TapeUP 计划整理出一套可验证的全链账本，明确页面由谁发布、内容是否与链上登记的版本一致、消息来自哪里；并引入“地铁站”网络，运营者完成指定集成电路的流片后，通过该电路对应的 TapeOut 容器接入。TapeUP outlined its build plan: TAP-01 provides a process for the community to set rules together and TAP-10 gives DeWEB applications a common standard, with the next step being to turn these rules into usable products. Since identities, pages and message records in DeWEB are scattered across different chains, TapeUP plans to organize them into a verifiable on-chain ledger that makes clear who published a page, whether content matches the version registered on-chain, and where messages come from; it also introduces a "subway station" network where operators complete tape-out of designated integrated circuits and connect through the corresponding TapeOut container.
