社区成员 web3xJQ 介绍开发者 @Cedar_0x 的项目 TapeSafe：把团队审批规则直接写进 Circuit，最低票数、发起人不能批准自己、必签成员、紧急冻结等由规则本身决定通过或拒绝，而不是后台裁量。该项目目前完成 74 NAND / 518 bytes 网表，并已在 X Layer 流片；目前尚未接入金库，也未真正执行资产转移。Community member web3xJQ introduced TapeSafe, a project by developer @Cedar_0x that writes team approval rules directly into a Circuit: minimum votes, initiators barred from approving their own requests, required signers and emergency freezes are decided by the rules themselves rather than by a back office. It currently ships a 74 NAND / 518 bytes netlist taped out on X Layer; it has not yet been connected to a treasury and does not move assets.
