The thread uses analogies—the server as a warehouse, the domain as an address sign, the CDN as smaller distributed warehouses—storing pages, images and files. It stresses that a page looking the same does not mean it is still the original version: button position, colors and logo may be unchanged while the code behind the button or the approval request may have been replaced.
