在 TAPs 流程公布后，社区成员 spongemochi 提交了首个社区提案「密封承诺与裁决」，完全建立在 TAP-10 之上。方案为：用户或 AI Agent 封存一个预测或承诺，到期揭示，裁判公开裁决，任何客户端都能重建同一份记录；到期后仍未揭示的一律显示为未揭示，无法选择性公开。提案希望把「谁说对过、谁说到做到」变成 TapeOut 上的公共设施而非某个应用的私有数据，参考实现正在 X Layer 的 168 上落地。After the TAPs process went live, community member spongemochi submitted the first community proposal, "Sealed Commitment and Adjudication," built entirely on TAP-10. A user or AI agent seals a prediction or commitment, reveals it at expiry, an adjudicator rules publicly, and any client can rebuild the same record; anything still unrevealed after expiry shows as unrevealed, making selective disclosure impossible. The proposal aims to make "who was right, who kept their word" a public utility on TapeOut rather than private data of one app; a reference implementation is being deployed on X Layer chain 168.
