The repositories are split in two: an editorial desk responsible for fact-checking and stable publishing, and the TapeOut Wiki serving as the junior-editor mailbox and submission desk that turns public community submissions into bilingual entries, repo directories and a knowledge graph. Submissions first open an Issue on the wiki, where a junior-editor agent verifies sources and structures the material; corrections to the guide text become Issues/PRs in the guide repo and link back to the original submission, while ecosystem-expansion pieces stay on the wiki for review and publication. The two repos cross-reference each other via public Issues, PRs and commits.
