Hackathon Entry Publishes Processor Circuits, Freezes Netlists
A participant in the X Layer TapeOut Genesis Transistor Hackathon, @getsarf, published a self-built processor with 11 circuits. The site runs on X Layer and is served from X Layer; all code is open source. He also disclosed that TapeOut's factory isn't sealed—any EOA can upgrade eval() for every processor—so the project froze its netlists and wrote its own evaluator. A test simulating a hostile TapeOut proves locked funds still cannot be released.

@Ignixbot @TapeOutWorld @XLayerOfficial 5/ TapeOut's factory isn't sealed, one EOA can upgrade eval() for every processor, including ours. So we froze the netlists and wrote our own evaluator. There's a test that swaps in a hostile TapeOut and proves locked funds still can't be released. It passes
