TapeAPI 1.0 上线，AI 调用附签名回执TapeAPI 1.0 Launches with Signed Receipts for AI Calls
TapeAPI 于 9 月 29 日发布 1.0 正式版。此前提案阶段已明确提议者获 10% 分成、收入回购 BEM；1.0 落地为给 AI/Agent 每一次调用附上签名回执：调用 OpenAI/Anthropic 兼容 API 时，回执记录服务身份（来自 TapeOut 电路）、对应 Request、返回字节数、声称消耗 Token 数与计价方式，使服务可证明“这句话是谁说的”。On Sept 29, TapeAPI released its 1.0 official version. The earlier proposal had set a 10% share for proposers and BEM buybacks from revenue; 1.0 implements a signed receipt for every AI/Agent call. For OpenAI/Anthropic-compatible API calls, the receipt records the service identity (from a TapeOut circuit), the corresponding request, returned bytes, claimed token consumption and pricing, enabling a service to prove 'who said this.'
